What an EV Charger Installation Involves
Every home is a little different, so we start by looking at your electrical service. Level 2 chargers run on 240 volts and need their own circuit, which means your panel needs the capacity to support one. If it doesn't, we'll explain your options, including a panel upgrade, before any work begins.
Next we plan the route from your panel to the charger location, whether that's inside the garage, on an exterior wall or out by the driveway. We pull the permit, install the circuit and charger, and test the system so it's ready when you pull in.

Offering charging can be a real perk for employees, tenants and customers. We install EV chargers at commercial properties and can plan for several stations along a parking area. Can my electrical panel handle an EV charger?
Often, yes, but it depends on your panel's capacity and what's already on it. We check your panel and service before installation and tell you up front if an upgrade is needed.
Can you install a charger I already bought?
Yes. If you've already purchased a charger, we'll make sure it's a good fit for your panel and the spot you have in mind, then install it on its own dedicated circuit. We also take care of the permit and inspection.
Do you install chargers for businesses?
Yes. We install EV chargers at commercial properties as well as homes, including chargers along business parking areas.
