Electrician in Dubois, Idaho
Licensed electricians serving Dubois and Clark County, about an hour north of our Idaho Falls shop on I-15.
Electrical Service in Dubois
Sunlight Electric serves Dubois from our shop at 1710 E Piper St in Idaho Falls, about 55 miles north on I-15. Dubois is the Clark County seat, a small ranching town and home to the U.S. Sheep Experiment Station. We schedule Dubois work in advance.
Ranch Properties and High, Cold Country
Dubois sits higher than Idaho Falls, with cold winters and wind across open rangeland. Ranch properties often need power at barns, shops and outbuildings far from the house, along with heated waterers and well pumps that must keep working in the cold. We size feeders for long runs, install weatherproof equipment and add dedicated circuits for heaters and pumps. In homes, we replace older panels, troubleshoot problems and add circuits.
Electrical Repairs, Panels and Wiring
Dubois customers call us for ranch building wiring, heated waterer circuits and panel upgrades. Our electricians handle repairs, panel replacements, new circuits, lighting and remodel wiring, and we clean up when we're done. Read more about electrical repair and service
Business Electrical and LED Lighting
We also work on Dubois-area shops, offices and storefronts, from service calls to full LED lighting retrofits that cut energy use and brighten work areas. Learn about our lighting retrofit services
Backup Power When the Grid Goes Down
In remote areas, outages can last, and backup power keeps water and heat on. Sunlight Electric is an authorized Generac dealer and service provider: we install automatic standby generators and keep them maintained. See Generac generator installation
Solar Power and Energy Storage
Our team installs rooftop and ground-mounted solar, and if you're re-roofing we can remove and reinstall your existing panels. See solar panel installation
